Job Description:
· To help gather and organize purchase orders/requisitions.
· To help create and send purchase orders to suppliers.
· To communicate with shipping agents.
· To help coordinate with team on product details, pricing, documentation, and delivery schedule.
· To assist in daily purchasing tasks.
· To maintain proper records and filing system in department.
· Ensure adherence to ISO standard operating procedures.
· Carry out other assigned tasks as needed.
Job Requirement
· Min. GCE ‘O’ Level with at least 1 year relevant working experience.
· Competent in Microsoft Office.
· Independent and Self-Driven with problem solving skills.
· Effective team player who like to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
· 5.5 working days (alternate Sat).
