Job Description:
· Attend to and follow up on customers’ enquiries through phone, email etc.
· Prepare quotation and ensure rates to customers are updated.
· Handle the processing of all quotations with accuracy and timeliness.
· Establish and develop new business opportunities with potential customers.
· Engage existing and potential customers to solicit sales and maintain a good business relationship.
· Negotiate with the customers regarding product pricing.
· Prepare monthly sales forecasts and reports.
· Expand existing business and contribute to meet sales KPI.
· Ensure that client information is maintained accurately in the system.
· Performs any other duties assigned by the Management.
Job Requirement:
· Minimum ‘O’ level and above.
· Minimum 1 year of working experience in sales support, customer service preferred.
· Ability to handle customers amicably and maintain professional customer service skills.
· Meticulous and detail-oriented.
· Proficient in MS Office application.
· 5.5 working days (alternate Sat).
