Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Associates. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting our home appliances products, and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and sales support in a retail environment.
- Identify and address customers' needs and inquiries regarding our products.
- Promote and demonstrate our home appliances products to customers.
- Create a positive brand image and influence consumers' purchasing decisions.
- Set up and maintain attractive demo displays and demonstration areas.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to the Sales & Marketing team on sales performance and customer feedback.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store personnel.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Prior sales experience in the air-conditioning industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Fluent and proficient in English.
- Availability to work weekends.
