Job Description
Position: Travel Consultants to service corporate clients
Job Scope: The main duties of a travel consultant are to service corporate customers by organizing their travels, including but not limited to planning travel itineraries and booking of flights, rail & car rental, hotel accommodation, travel insurance and visa & health advisory.
Job Requirements:
· 3 to 5 years’ experience in handling travel arrangements for corporate accounts
· Excellent geographical knowledge of countries & major cities
· Working knowledge of GDS system including reservations & ticketing, building of passenger profiles, etc
· Make travel bookings to comply with corporate client’s travel policy & guidelines.
· Suggest alternative suitable travel itinerary.
· Good communication skills with ability to maintain good service standards to build strong relationship with customers.
· Proficiency in English
