Overview
Our healthcare client is seeking an Senior / Executive for their Data Protection Office. Successul candidate will be part of the team to strengthen data security practices in the organisation at the same time conceptualise and implement engagement initiatives
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop communications materials and collaterals, including mass emails to staff in the organisation
- Manage and execute education programmes and exercise on Data Security
- Conceptualise and implement engagement initiatives such as monthly webinars, communities of practice and sharing sessions
- Operationalise and execute key strategic work plans and programmes in an efficient and effective manner
- Provide project management and hands-on support for key events and programmes
- Maintain and update existing content, pages, and documents on the SharePoint site
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or related discipline
- At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in communications and/or marketing
- Possess excellent written and verbal communications, with flair for creative writing, editing and proof reading
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team
- Candidates with prior experience with data protection, data privacy regulations or Personal Data Protection Act will be preferred.
- Keen interest in data protection or data security
