Exciting opportunity! We are looking for a skilled Functional Project Manager with solid understanding of finance and investment principals to join our client’s finance team on a 12-month project with a focus on investment reporting. Our client is a well-established key player in the Financial Services industry.
The Role
Responsibilities include:
· Leading investment reporting projects, ensuring they stay on track within timeline and budget.
· Working closely with teams across Investment, Risk, and Compliance to define project goals and objectives.
· Managing and cultivating relationship with third-party and external stakeholders to optimize project results.
· Maintaining transparent and efficient communication and delivering regular project updates, potential risks, and challenges.
· Staying proactive in addressing any changes or obstacles that may arise.
· Checking the accuracy of investment reports and keeping thorough project records, including project documentation, plans, progress reports and meeting summaries.
· Identifying avenues for process enhancement and operational streamlining within investment reporting frameworks, leading continuous improvement initiatives for better project efficiency and outcome.
Your Profile
· Accountancy/ Finance/ Business Administration or similar degree.
· Skilled in project management, delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
· Strong understanding of finance and investment principles.
· Excellent communication skills, able to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
· Problem-solving ability for investment reporting projects, focusing on sustainable solutions.
· Thrives in fast-paced environments, adaptable and professional.
