Option to Extend: 01 July 2025 – 30 June 2026
Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Responsibilities:
- Print worksheets and examination papers.
- Ensure the workplace and equipment are clean and well-maintained for optimal functionality.
- Offer logistical support for various school events and activities, ensuring smooth coordination and execution.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, organizing data, performing simple data entry tasks, and distributing materials.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience in customer service roles is desirable.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Word for document processing.
- Proficiency in operating office printing machines and copiers.
- Candidates with previous experience in similar roles will be preferred.
