- Prepare and cook food as directed by Head Chef, Supervisors and/or superiors
- Ensure you have sufficient ingredients to cook, otherwise notify Head Chef, Supervisors and/or superiors immediately
- Organize work area efficiently and comply with company policies and procedures
- Work closely and cooperate with your team
- Ensure high standards of food preparation, quality and consistency, personal and food hygiene
- Minimize food wastages, exercising of food proper portioning
- Your workstation is always maintained clean and follow workplace safety and regulation
- Provide support in ad-hoc duties assigned by Head Chef, Supervisors and/or superiors
- Must be able to cook Sichuan dishes, Northeastern China Dishes.
- Must be able to work long hours & work on public holidays.
- Must be able to cut & eat pork
