> Prepare monthly operations report.
> Prepare service orders.
> Reply and keep track of emails.
> Apply, issue and cancellation of work permits and tracking of status.
> Handle renewal of road tax, season parking, and others etc
> Prepare expense claims form.
> Update and maintain insurance policies.
> Update and maintain training records of workers.
> Prepare workers' contracts.
> Handle authorities such as MOM, NEA accreditation, bizSAFE, EPPU grade and BCA grade.
> Handle minor payroll
> Any other duties as assigned by management.
