We are looking for a dynamic and customer-centric individual to join our call center team as a Customer Care Officer/Team Lead. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing top-notch service and assistance.
Requirements
- Possesses at least a Diploma or GCE 'A' Level with at least three (3) years of supervisory experience in the Contact Centre industry.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Able to communicate effectively with customers, agents, and other stakeholders, and be able to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Possess strong time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments simultaneously, and ensure that deadlines are met.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills to effectively address challenges and drive the team towards success.
