Job Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Chief Engineer
- Review, coordinate and generate all architectural works including shop drawings for project.
- Supervise and inspect all Architectural works carried out by sub-contractors
- Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications, and achieve quality aspect.
- Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
- Liaise closely with client, consultants and sub-contractors; conduct routine inspection of installed works.
- Any other ad-hoc duties are required
Requirements:
- Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Building or Architecture or equivalent
- At least 3 years of related experience in architectural coordination
- Knowledgeable in Singapore Building Codes and Regulations
- Able to work independently.
- Willing to travel to and fro Tuas Nexus Drive (transport provided at Boon Lay MRT)
