Job Description:
Key focus on management of full spectrum of Corporate Planning for company.
• Foster interactive and productive communication with HQ.
• Facilitate the delivery of the organization’s Business and Corporate Planning
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Corporate related reporting
• Prepare company budget (Annual/MTP) for management.
• Prepare and summarize Monthly/Quarterly/Annual financial reporting by company.
• Monitor and update daily sales progress.
• Ensure the company is adhering to HQ requirement standards and internal policies.
Project Management
• Collaborate with company internal Division/Group for project requirement.
• Assist specific requested task by external party (Other than company)
• Support new product development (contact with supplier/customer, designer, etc...)
Staff Management
• To grow and develop team member corporate related reporting skills and knowledge through internal and external training.
• Manage staff performance to achieve Division goals and objectives.
Others
• Liaise with HQ related division, especially corporate planning issues (Legal, Finance, Accounting, Audit, etc...)
• Work closely with other Division to ensure appropriate controls and procedures are in place.
• Streamline Division work process and improve workflow.
• Enhance operation system to work efficiently and effectively.
• Any other duties assigned by company.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Business Administration, Public Policy, or Finance. Training or qualifications further specializing in these areas are highly regarded.
Experience
• A minimum of two (2) years of demonstrably relevant work experience is preferred, with a focus on corporate planning, development, or business analytics.
Skills
• Proven project management capabilities encompassing plan development, team leadership, and successful project execution.
• Excellent communication aptitude, including written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• The ability to build positive relationships and rapport with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English is mandatory. (Optional: Understanding of Japanese business culture is a plus.)
