The Opportunity:
- Permanent Position
- Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9-6pm
The Job:
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to address personal, emotional, and social issues
- Conduct assessments to determine the nature and extent of counseling needs
- Develop personalized treatment plans and monitor progress
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and treatment plans
- Collaborate with other student-facing departments to create a holistic approach to student support
- Design and deliver educational workshops, talks and activities related to mental health, stress management, and personal development
- Other duties assigned by Head of Department
The Talent:
- Diploma/Degree/Master’s Degree in counselling / Social Work (accredited by SAC / SASW)
- 3-5 years of experience in counselling field
- Experience in working with youth and adults
