Job Responsibilities :
- Manage customer expectations, interface between operations and customer to resolve problems;
- Follow up on customer requests and issues and provide timely responses to achieve optimum satisfaction level;
- Responsible for order fulfillment of customers;
- Liaise with customers on order processing / delivery requirement;
- Analyze data and sales forecast for customer order pattern analysis, demand, forecast and stock fluctuation to work on stock replenish and shipping plan;
- Monitor and check on operational issue. Improvement and prevention action for reoccurrence.
- Check on daily operation and order management, close and solve the issue arise.
- Preparation of reports as required by Management as well as customer
- Other ad hoc duties
Job Requirements :
- Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of working experience
- Experience with SAP an added advantage
- Relevant experience in Electronic Components preferred
- Relevant experience in Japanese trading company an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office, eg Excel and Pivot Table
- Able to start work immediate
