Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for document register and supporting all general administrative within the Project Team, ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- To manage the Statement of Account for multiple projects under the Project Manager.
- To do finance reconciliation for all the revenue collection and gather status eg. GRD.
- To manage finance processes including and not limited to the followings: billing, job opening, job amendment, sales pick up, draft memo, job closure and etc.
- To work with finance business partner on the finance matters.
- To assist the Project manager in budgeting and cost management: manage project budgets, track expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- To assist the Project manager in monitoring tasks progress.
- To manage and ensure all project personnel’s clearance approved and renewed timely without disruption to the project.
- Asset management and tracking within the Project team.
- Assist and support project team in procurement processes
Requirement:
- Minimum qualification : Higher Nitec or Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
- Excellent planning, organization and time management skill.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and team work.
