Job Description:
· Expertise in both on-site and off-site marketing, including performance and awareness marketing on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and Facebook CPAS.
· Exceptional analytical abilities to evaluate e-commerce performance across various industries.
· Capability to derive actionable insights from data-driven decisions.
· Profound knowledge of competitive analysis in marketplaces like Shopee and Lazada.
· Deep understanding of distinctive brand positioning in the marketplace.
· Conduct extensive research to develop marketing materials that address consumer challenges and highlight key product features creatively.
· Effective management of budgets to optimize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
· Collaborate closely with direct engagement and creative teams to maintain brand consistency and integrity across all marketing channels.
· Monitor brand performance metrics and key performance indicators to assess campaign effectiveness and pinpoint improvement areas.
· Develop and oversee a multi-channel digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s broader business objectives.
· Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns on-site and off-site.
· Establish performance objectives that identify industry trends, key revenue drivers, and opportunities, and present these findings to stakeholders.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
· Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in marketing management and leading a team.
