An influential client of ours is looking for a seasoned Sustainability and Risk Management professional to support and drive the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives and risk management strategies. This pivotal role will serve as right-hand to the Head of function, and requires a proactive and knowledgeable professional eager to impact sustainable and ethical business practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the coordination and execution of semi-annual ESG forums and climate action initiatives for entities within group.
- Spearhead the development and annual updating of Sustainability Report.
- Manage ESG data collection, verification, and communications, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Oversee risk management documentation and training, including cybersecurity and data protection policies.
- Coordinate and work cross-function with IT, risk, cybersecurity, and business leads.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Environmental Management, or related fields, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in ESG principles, sustainability reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB), and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical skills, proficient in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of educating and influencing across organizational levels.
