Brand Management
- Establish and maintain strong brand reputation through all digital brand platforms and all customers’ touch points
- Develop sustainability programs that align with Compass Group’s corporate social responsibility framework
- Craft, implement and evaluate survey programs to upkeep Compass Group performance standard, benchmarking across units and to implement solutions for improvement.
- Support in the conceptualization of innovative and effective marketing plans/presentation with the objectives to drive revenue, increase profitability and expand market share
- Counsel as the brand custodian on all Compass Group brands to ensure it is compliant with the guidelines and brand identity
Campaign & Growth Management
- Develop annual and monthly marketing campaigns to create culinary experience with interesting concepts and new flavours to encourage trade-up and increase average check
- Collaborate with Operation team to deliver on food offers, engagements and promotional activities to fulfil the Marketing Calendar as planned with the clients.
- Propose engagement ideas with alignment to client’s objectives in driving organization productivity and developing the right workplace culture.
- Stay current on food trends, experiential marketing innovations and on competitors’ activities to deliver best-in-class ideas to clients of Compass Group.
- Partnership with stakeholders, vendors and clients to achieve marketing KPIs in bringing value to Compass Group and its clients.
- Responsible for the management of campaign budget
Creative Management
- Collaborate with the designer to develop effective communication (i.e. digital and traditional medium) and visual (i.e. merchandising, ambience, etc) requirements for implementation across communication channels and touch points
- Development of in-store collateral toolkits to enhance on ambience marketing
- Working with creative partners to deliver strategic brand communication on all Compass Group owned media
Others/Administrative
- Create and manage an organized E-Marketing Library (i.e.SharePoint) and creative assets management system
- Proper filing of invoicing
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business Management, Marketing or Mass communication
- Min 2 years of working experience in a brand and/or marketing function
- Able to work well under pressure and deadlines
- Digitally savvy with a passion for content marketing is a plus
- Highly creative individual, Proactive, resourceful and detail orientated
- Able to handle ambiguity and collaborate effectively cross functionally
- Knowledge of design software (i.e. photoshop) and arm with photography skill would be advantage
