- Responsible for handling all customers’ enquiries, not limited to stock availabilities and sample requisitions
- Liaise with Sales Personnel to process sales orders
- Lead and see-through end-to-end delivery process of orders (from arrangement of deliveries to delivery date), ensuring no delay
- Process/issue invoices and credit notes
- Handle all claim matters on defects and wrong pricings, etc.
- Handle returns enquiries and provide clear guidance to customers on return process
- Arrange shipments with 3PLs and relevant forwarders
- Follow up with customers to ensure on-time payments
- Any other duties as and when required
