Our client, is a MNC located at Central Region looking for suitable talents to join their dynamic team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle talent acquisition (recruitment, retention, engagement etc)
- In charge of learning and development function (TNA, training arrangement and follow up)
- In charge of onboarding and offboarding for employees
- Verify and process confidential payments
- Assist expatriates on housing, relocation and other matters
- Manage company driver and vehicle
- Liaison with corporate secretary
- Other ad hoc duties may be assigned by superior
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in any field, preferably in Human Resources
- 5 years of relevant experience for Senior Officer
- Should be meticulous and analytical
- Able to work independently and take on different tasks and in under pressure
- Proactive and willing to take initiative
