Job Highlights:
Salary: $4800 - $5500 per month
Contract Duration: 12 months
Working Location: Nearest to Outram Park MRT
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (Office hours), Hybrid working arrangement
Job Responsibilities:
To leverage Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other digitalization initiatives to streamline operations, reduce manual workload, and improve efficiency. Duties include:
- Develop and write RPA scripts to automate the processes across the department.
- Assist with the migration of data and files in ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
- Participate in other digitalization projects as assigned, which may include data analytics, documentation, and implementation of new digital tools.
Job Requirements:
- Only Singaporean
- Diploma in finance/accounting or any related field
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
