Inside Sales/ Account Manager (Customer Service)
· Ensuring that customer orders and transactions are processed
· Co-ordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth delivery of parts to customers.
· Maintain specific customer database information in the system.
· Maintain relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential accounts.
· Resolve customer issues/problem in a timely manner.
· Process RFQ via customers’ web portals or emails in a timely manner.
· Review quote activity and close follow up (proactive sales) via phone calls and emails
Requirements:
· Diploma and with at least 5 years of relevant job experience in Inside Sales or Customer Service in aerospace/aviation industry.
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· Ability to work individually and be a good team player.
