Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage manufacturing process from raw material receipt to finished part shipment.
- Create or revise work instructions and develop new processes using solid modelling in compliance with engineering drawings and standards.
- Carry out gauges, fittings, and tooling for design.
- Develop Advanced Product Quality Planning, carry out associate training and a pre-production trial project.
- Assist Production in fulfilling technical and quality requirements.
- Coordinate on technological development, process qualification, and product needs.
- Manage initiative for improvement by utilizing company systems.
- Providing assistance with the RFQ proposal process and development.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical/Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering.
- With at least 3-5 years working experience in Aerospace component manufacturing/precision engineering or mass manufacturing.
- Proficient with CAD Software, Siemens NX Unigraphics
- Prior experience in CNC Machining and Programming.
