Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative and secretarial support for the president.
  • Assist the president in dealing with overseas financial affairs.
  • Handling and maintaining the company's confidential business information.
  • Drafting relevant business correspondence, such as emails, meeting minutes, speeches, etc.
  • Other work content assigned by the president of the board.

Job Requirements

  • Full-time university degree or above with Major in finance and other related field.
  • Proficient in English and able to communicate with internal or external staff from other country.
  • Secretary or finance related experience is preferred. Outstanding fresh graduates can also be considered.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills, expression skills and writing skills, as well as strong adaptability.
  • Require logical thinking and ability to work under pressure.
  • Able to cater a short-term business trips, about 5-7 days per month.
