Responsibilities:
- Create drawings and design documents using BIM Modeling, AutoCAD, Revit, etc., for various stages of construction projects.
- Support Project Engineers, Managers, and team members as needed.
- Stay updated with drafting technology to maintain technical skills.
- Plan drawing requests to meet deadlines effectively.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of drawings while maintaining digital archives.
- Draft plans and detailed drawings based on sketches or notes.
- Finalize and duplicate drawings according to specified requirements.
- Review sketches, specifications, and data to ensure compliance with design concepts.
- Interpret drawings for production or construction teams and make necessary adjustments.
- Calculate technical aspects such as weights, volumes, and costs of materials.
- Coordinate and monitor subcontractors' work quality and submissions.
- Coordinate subcontractors' activities to prevent conflicts.
- Submit materials and drawings for approval before work commencement.
- Assist Quantity Surveyor in verifying claims.
- Support in compiling handover documents, including as-built drawings.
- Inspect completed works to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders for project success.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Architectural Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in the Construction Industry.
- Competent skills in AutoCAD and Revit.
Ability to understand MEP/C&S drawings and documents.
