Our client, a modern boutique firm, is seeking a dedicated Legal Associate/Senior Associate to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in representing clients in personal injury and medical negligence cases, providing expert legal counsel, and advocating for their best interests throughout the legal process.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on personal injury and medical negligence laws, precedents, and regulations.
- Interview clients, witnesses, and medical experts to gather evidence and build strong cases.
- Draft legal documents, including complaints, pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Prepare for and participate in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and appeals.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations impacting personal injury and medical negligence cases.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years PQE, with at least 1-year experience practicing law with a focus on personal injury and medical negligence cases preferred.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality legal representation.
