Highlights:
- Contract duration: 6 months contract (July 2024 – December 2024)
- Salary range: $13.50/hr - $17/hr (based on experience and education)
- Working location: Braddell MRT & Bencoolen MRT
- Working hours: Monday – Friday, 5pm – 10pm
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service & coordination.
- Able to do basic troubleshooting of IT equipment (e.g.: laptop, projector).
- Proficiency in Arabic Language to review Arabic documents.
- Able to work during centre operation hours (weekday nights)
Key responsibilities:
- Set up classroom logistics for onsite or online lessons.
- Manage refreshments, including setup of refreshments.
- Communicate with instructors and students regarding any ad-hoc adjustments of lesson schedules.
- Communicate and coordinate with substitute instructors.
- Provide admin support for lesson-related activities and other matters.
- Other duties as assigned.
