Responsibilities :
• Liaise with clients repairs and after-sales service
• Achieve individual sales target and assist the team to achieve the sales target
• Provide high standard of customer services to ensure the services meet and even exceed customers’ expectations
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints with professional manner
• Build long term relationship with customers
• Ensure that the security procedures are strictly followed
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field
- Excellent oral English skills and competent in business negotiation work
- Responsible for business related work in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan and other countries
- Responsible for market expansion within the jurisdiction, management and maintenance of customer relationships, and long-term strategic cooperation plans between customers
- Have certain market analysis and judgment skills, and good customer service awareness
- Able to travel overseas when needed
- Fluent in English and Chinese
