We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our sales team! In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales department by handling various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Process and submit daily sales orders, promotional forms, listing forms, and price increase forms accurately and efficiently.
- Update ordering forms as needed to reflect any changes to customer orders.
- Process GWP (Gift With Purchase) forms for approval.
- Process product exchange forms if necessary.
- Manage customer returns, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Coordinate promoter schedules with the Senior Promoter Executive to ensure sufficient daily manpower at sales outlets.
- Liaise with the Marketing team to obtain high-resolution product pictures for the sales team as and when required.
- Liaise with Marketing and Warehouse teams for roadshow and atrium matters.
- Assist the Head of Sales in tracking and generating daily sales reports, including sales figures and trade expenses.
- Compile competitor newspaper advertisements for market analysis.
- Consolidate photos of competitor and company displays received from merchandisers.
Qualifications:
- Preferably of 1-2 years of experience in a sales admin or sales coordinator or any related role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
