Responsibilities:
- Manage Operations team for the daily monitoring of 5G Mobile RAN and security systems, ensuring prompt identification and resolution of faults and alarms.
- Manage the implementation and effective use of the Trouble Ticketing System, supervising the issuance and tracking of tickets to guarantee resolution of issues within agreed service levels.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to create and refine processes and procedures for daily operations, system configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
- Liaise to evaluate, organize, and execute Change Requests, ensuring alignment and timely implementation.
- Work with with equipment vendors and service providers to validate software upgrades and patches.
- Schedule and manage the implementation of software upgrades and patches in the live network in collaboration with equipment vendors and service providers.
- Support network expansion and project implementations by coordinating efforts between StarHub, M1, and other partners.
- Serve as the primary liaison with vendors and contractors, overseeing all operational and project-related support tasks.
- In-charge of the 5G RAN OSS system and user management.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, Electronic or equivalent.
- Min of 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Previous experience with 4G radio, IP networking, IP address planning.
- Excellent knowledge of 5G networks, cloud computing, computer networking is a plus.
