Responsibilities:
- Provide support in reviewing technical drawings and project scopes.
- Address technical discrepancies with clients and subcontractors to ensure precision and excellence in project proposals and execution.
- Work with the cost and schedule engineer to derive schedule estimates.
- Manage project progression, forecast costs, and coordinate resource allocation and planning.
- Oversee daily site operations and participate in meetings with subcontractors and technical teams to verify compliance with project specifications and timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in mechanical and electrical (M&E) aspects within the construction sector.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
- Demonstrates excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
