We are looking for a motivated shift leader to oversee daily FOH or BOH operations during designated shifts for 44 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Restaurant Manager to lead the restaurant team during assigned shifts, ensuring optimal performance.
- Coordinate with FOH / BOH staff to maintain high standards of service and food quality.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring a smooth transition between shifts.
- Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage inventory levels, place orders, and monitor costs to meet budgetary targets.
- Uphold health and safety regulations and ensure a clean and organized restaurant environment.
Requirements:
• Experience in FOH or BOH duties
• Previous experience as a Shift Leader or in a similar role will be an advantage
• Proficiency in Point of sale (POS) software and inventory software
• Good organisation skills
• Team player
