- Knowledge in Architectural finishing work
- Assist in work scheduling, material requisition and Manpower planning, project supervision
- Coordinated with main contractor of work schedules and key site activities.
- Monitoring of work progress, attending project meetings, liaising with Main Contractor and consultants
- Review and prepare all required documents as requeted by Main Con.
- To manage projects by supervising and coordinating the site activities
- Prepare weekly/monthly site progress report
- Record all defects of works, ensure proper documentation for all variation orders and others
- To make pro-active response on site problems and resolved immediately with the Project team
- To ensure all aspect of QA and QC matters
- Observe proper construction safety measures and ensure safety compliance at site
- Any other duties assigned by the Project Manager from time to time.
- Diploma in Building Construction with min 3 years of relevant experience in construction related industry or equivalent
- You should be able to read construction drawings.
- You should be able to work in an environment with schedules and priorities
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and time management
