Job Description & Requirements
- Assist Project Manager in project planning and coordination of all works on site
- Manage day-to-day operations
- Attend all client, consultants, sub-contractors and site meetings
- Manage, monitor, delegate and motivate the construction project team to continuously frive and support quality and productivity improvement matters
- Deploy required resources such as manpower, machinery & equipment in accordance to the project requirements
- Promote strong safety culture to construction project team and to ensure site safety and environmental control measures are in place at all times
- Promote QC checks and to ensure proper documentation control on-site
- Verify and approve periodical asessment of progress claims of sub-contractors with the Project QS till the settlement of final account
- Responsible for any other role as assigned by the Project Manager from time to time
