Responsibilities
- Lead technical and non-technical team to ensure the team's ability to respond quickly to market changes and adjust relevant strategies.
- Be responsible for formulating risk management policies and strategies, and work closely with the technical team, risk management team, etc. to ensure the efficient operation of the entire trading system.
- Monitor and respond to market risks in a timely manner and take necessary measures to ensure the risk handle strategy.
- Design, develop and optimize market making strategies to ensure the stable operation of the liquidity system.
- Be familiar with Python, Go, C++, SQL, and have a deep understanding of APIs, WebSocket’s, data interaction, and data structures.
- Analyze trading data and formulate market-intelligence-based trading system strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Deep understanding of the trading system market with keen insight into market trends and price fluctuations.
- Deep understanding of traditional trading markets, market making strategy models, and macroeconomics.
- Ability to make quick decisions, implement and adjust trading strategies under pressure.
- Be sensitive to market changes, have excellent execution ability, and be able to adapt to new market conditions quickly.
- Be familiar with trading regulations and ensure that the company complies with relevant regulations.
