- Strategic sourcing & procurement, supplier qualification, commercial negotiation and ordering of electronics components, such as IC chips, active electronic components, passive electronics components,etc
- Evaluated quotes with internal stakeholders / users / internal customers for suitability and resolve any questions or issues
- Evaluate and process purchase requisitions (PRs), quick RFQ, scheduling, process / issue Purchase Orders, monitoring / following up delivery, expediting delivery with suppliers or forwarders, ensure shipment schedules timely delivery are updated in ERP database and Purchase Orders closure in ERP database
Requirements:
- Atleast 5 years of procurement experience in the electronic components distribution industry
- Good relationship with the semiconductor industry's traders, EMS, OEM
- Familiar with the process of the electronics components distribution
- Good understanding with the supply chain management
