Responsibilities
- Front-desk administration;
- Handle calls and enquiries;
- Provide frontline service to all stakeholders such as parents, students, staff and the public;
- Manage the Sick Bay and attend to students and staff requiring medical attention;
- Provide administrative and logistical support for school operations, functions and events;
- Data entry and filing of records;
- Maintain lost & found records; and
- Other administrative duties as required by department/school.
Qualification & Skills
- At least 2 years of administrationexperience in which 1 year is preferably in a school context;
- Able to use e-mail and Microsoft Word. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel would be an advantage;
- A pass in English Language at āNā level;
- A pass in Science at N or O level or its equivalent
- Able to communicate well in English (written and spoken) and preferably one other mother tongue language
- The Personnel should preferably be first-aid trained.
Contract Period: From 3 August 2024 to 2 August 2026 with an option to extend.
Working Hours: Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm; Fridays: 7:00am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 0.5 hour lunch break
