RESPONSIBILITIES
i. Coordinating user requirements between users, workgroups and projects consultants from planning and approval to execution, as well as scheduling and documenting the various meetings.
ii. Update and track development and upgrading projects assigned, project schedule and activities
iii. Attending meetings and discussions with the Consultants and involve in review of all design proposals.
iv. Assist in processing progress payment claims from the Consultants and any other Vendors employed by client.
v. In charge and support requisition of purchases to meet department needs.
GENERAL
i. Providing support and conduct onboarding programme to staff.
ii. Facilitate processing of change request, cashflow projection and reimbursement of claims of Furniture, Fittings and Equipment (FF&E) budget tracking and monitoring.
iii. Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
JOB REQUIREMENTS
i. Bachelor in Architecture or Project Facilities Management or equivalent.
ii. Minimum 3 years of work experience. Relevant experience in building development or project management in a healthcare organisation will be an advantage.
iii. Well versed in Microsoft Office and other presentation software.
iv. Good team player - experience in good administrative, communication and interpersonal skills essential.
