- Monitor and ensure the smooth execution of dead freight contracts, maintaining regular communication with clients.
- Achieve sales targets for various trade/service corridors and oversee agency performance.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and foster good client relationships through regular communication and complaint resolution.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions, handling queries on products and services.
- Source and develop client referrals to expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to relay important information.
- Monitor market conditions, competition, and product development to inform marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer database with records of sales activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any fields
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in freight shipping or forwarding industry
- Sales experience in required
