Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day IT infrastructure operations and maintenance.
- Execute guidance to the Deskside team for IT request resolution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for IT operations and desktop support.
- Providing compassionate first-level IT assistance for End User Computing difficulties.
- Prepare and arrange meetings or conferences.
- Assist to the creation of IT policies and facilitate implementation of policy.
- Lead IT Service Management support structure development and digitalization efforts in IT infrastructure.
- Oversee IT recovery and incident management.
- Assist in project planning for new ITSM, IT infrastructure, and IT security tools.
- Manage IT assets availability, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Facilitate inception of new IT application services and operational readiness testing.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- With 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in IT Service Management and team management.
- Knowledge of networking, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
- Ability to work independently with problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work outside regular office hours when required.
