Due to business expansion, they are currently seeking a Product Designer specializing in user-centric designing. As a vital member of the team, you will play a key role in designing entire product. Responsibilities:
- Creating visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications, overseeing both customer experiences and backend systems
- Rapidly prototype conceptual product ideas, design user flows based on data analysis and user research, gather feedback, iterate on designs, and deliver products with the best user experience
- Maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all product interfaces, continuously optimize and take responsibility for the overall product experience
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to translate design concepts into functional, high-quality products, maintaining design integrity and coherence
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Design, Arts, or related fields
- Proven hands on more than 3 years experience in UIUX design in the tech industry, using Sketch, Figma, Adobe Suite and other Tech Tool Experts
- Good understanding of web, mobile app, and internal system designing
- Experience in user research and usability testing
- Good communication skills in Chinese and English, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams
