- To formulate and drive sales-advantageous country supplier programs dedicated to the company
- To drive performance for specific lines, working closely with Field Sales to achieve supplier objective as well as ensure a high conversion rate for RFQ.
- Establish & maintain strong supplier relationships for competitive pricing support, delivery support, product application & design-in goals / pipelines.
- Work with Field Sales (if any) and arrange joint visits to customers for Field Sales & Suppliers to increase mutual understanding & identify business opportunities.
- Consolidate quality market information from different sources, compile analytical reports and/or data as a reference for Management.
