Responsibilities
- Accountable for meeting service sales revenue and contribution margin targets across the Asia Region.
- Conduct periodic reporting and planning of service revenue, lead-to-order activities, and projects to identify any variances and promptly address any abnormalities or risks.
- Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives in collaboration with other departments, distributors, partners, and subsidiaries to expand the sales pipeline.
- Maintain market data with regular updates on key metrics such as market trends, sales figures, and installed base information to inform business growth strategies and recommendations.
- Analyze after-sales market potential, emphasizing installed base penetration and promoting value-added service offerings to support Life Cycle Management and Value Care Agreements.
- Cultivate long-term customer relationships with key decision makers by demonstrating technical expertise and product knowledge, while addressing customer satisfaction concerns promptly.
- Lead and mentor the Service Sales team to achieve sales targets, ensuring succession planning for the department and participating in sales activities as required.
- Enhance sales efficiency by equipping the service sales team with adequate selling skills and ensuring proper organization and staffing within the area of responsibility. Provide coaching on sales planning, negotiation, and customer segment expertise.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine pricing, discounts, and commercial terms for subsidiaries, customers, and distributors.
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, customer events, and marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics Management, or related fields.
- Min 10 years of extensive experience with a proven track record in Service Sales Business within the High-Speed Diesel industries or similar sectors.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing complex products/business systems & solutions, coupled with advanced presentation, selling, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Strong leadership abilities and adeptness in personnel management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills for resolving sales and logistics operational issues
