Responsibilities:
- Assist in the organization and preparation of project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
- Manage scheduling and coordination of meetings, workshops, and project events.
- Maintain project records, files, and databases and monitor project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Manage resources, materials, and equipment for project activities.
- Coordinate and oversee weekend project activities for timely completion.
- Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and clients to address and resolve inquiries and issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec in any field
- Demonstrated track record in administrative positions or project coordination.
- Proficient in organizing tasks and handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills and adept at fostering interpersonal relationships.
- Meticulous and focused on maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Office Suite and project management software tools - Available for onsite work on weekends to support project tasks.
