Job Descriptions:
- Handle full sets of accounting treatment, ales and purchase recognition, AR and AP entries
- Accounting treatment of expenditures
- Accruals and other relevant month end journals
- Proper accounting treatment of Fixed Assets and DD&A
- Check and maintain of all financial ledgers
- Derivative-related jobs, Daily statement review and analysis
- Preparing periodic statements (weekly, monthly and ad hoc)
- Daily mark-to-market report preparation, margin analysis/forecast, and stress test if necessary
- Relating AR/AP check and payment application (commission, settlement, margin, etc.)
- Reconciliation of cash balance
- Accounts balance review and analysis
- Assist preparing monthly and yearly financial reports.
- Issue or assist issuing sales Invoices, debit/credit notes, etc. and keep proper record
- Assist to accomplish check of AR/AP balance, including inter-company accounts
- Liaise with internal and external auditors
- Assist to prepare monthly management reporting documents
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or similar majors
- At least 5 years accounting experience in Oil & Gas, petrochemical industry, Commodities trading with audit experience in accounting firms
- Strong understanding of derivatives principles and practices is preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
