- Manage phone calls and greet visitors politely.
- Maintain reception area, display content, welcome visitors.
- Handle mail, parcels, and office supplies inventory.
- Assist in meeting room bookings and setup.
- Provide administrative support and manage events.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant front desk/customer service working experience.
