Responsibilities:
- Conduct monthly processing of payroll and employee claims, oversee employee leave and benefits administration, handle submission of employment income to IRAS, including that of foreign workers, process government-paid maternity and childcare leave claims, NS make-up pay claims, etc. Additionally, manage performance evaluations, calculate annual increments and variable bonuses according to instructions from the Admin Manager and Top Management.
- Aid in the preparation of payroll budgets, support the implementation and development of HR practices and policies in alignment with company objectives
- Handle company travel arrangements and expatriate administration matters, and assist with general office administration including flight reservations, procurement of stationery, coordination of cleaning, gardening, security, company vehicles, and mobile phones.
- Participate in government and industry surveys.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- At least 2 years of HR experience
- Willing to handle admin and HR duties
- Experience in Manufacturing industry will be an advantage
