-In charge of material takeoff, cost & estimate of all civil engineering/structural works/electrical & mechanical/projects
-Involved in tender preparation and participation
-Responsible for progress payments claims & other contractual matters
-Preparation and co-ordination of all correspondences with relevant parties and authorities
-Other adhoc duties assigned from time to time
