Our client is an US MNC, one of the largest players in the life-science sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Logistics Officer to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects.
This is a 6 months contract (Extendable / Convertible) role. They are located in Buona Vista – Walking distance from the MRT station.
5 days work week - Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate shipping documents like invoices and packing lists.
- Coordinate with Export Sales
- Check stock in SAP, prepare shipping docs, and monitor shipments for timely delivery.
- Liaise with freight forwarders for booking and coordinate with warehouse for stock release.
- Maintain organized documentation, submit paperwork for payments, and keep accurate records for reporting and auditing.
Requirements:
- Familiar with SAP
- Skilled in Microsoft Office
