- Position : Administrative Executive (Sales Coordination) - Up to $3,500 - Toa Payoh
- Location : Toa Payoh
- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Mondays to Fridays, 9.00am to 6.00pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + AWS + 13 Days Annual Leave + Yearly Medical Check Up + Company Holidays
- Duration : 1 Year Contract - Renewable Yearly

Responsibilities:
- Work as a sales coordinator in Singapore.
- Input customer’s PO in our buying systems by GOOSS
- Input customer’s PO in our selling systems by ERP.
- Adjust delivery schedule with factory staff and customer.
- Send Invoice and packing list to customers.
- Inventory control and stock movement analysis
- India office support (Create invoice and PL.)
- Support the other sales coordinators if necessary.
- Make sales result report, stock qty report, Profit analysis and so on.
- Job volume may increase once he/she will accustom to do.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics or Equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft office, ERP, MRP or Inventory Management System
- Previous experience in shipping industry
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese associates who can converse in Mandarin only.
